History: Sidekicks Salsa was conceived at Howe Meadow after participating in (and winning) the Salsa Smackdown competition. We are local producers with a passion for quality food products. When possible we source locally using fresh summer garden vegetables, citrus juices and honey. Collectively we've spent well over 20 years in he restaurant industry serving and satisfying local customers. We look forward to doing the same for you! Come visit our stand!!

Methods: We make our products by hand, using fresh ingredients at the Cleveland Culinary Launch and Kitchen.
