Products: Baked Earth is a small dog bakery that offers delicious, natural dog snacks. You’ll never find added chemicals or preservatives in our dog treats. We buy local and organic whenever possible and all ingredients are sourced from either the United States or Canada. We have crunchy treats loaded with herbs, fruit and veggies as well as meat based treats that are full of protein and cheese.

History: Baked Earth arose from a love of pets and a desire to find treats made with local foods that were free of chemicals, antibiotics and GMO’s. While plenty of treats are made in the USA, none guarantee USA ingredients. So, we started baking our own using products from local vendors and other producers in the USA and Canada.

Sourcing: We always try to use local ingredients in our dog snacks. A few of the ingredients come from local farms that also participate in the Countryside Conservancy farmer’s market. The other ingredients come from US companies; small farms and employee friendly companies.

Fun Facts: Baked Earth has two unusual company officers. Our two Treeing Walker Coonhounds are Baked Earth’s Chief Tasting Officers. All snacks were developed with their help and all recipes have been taste tested and approved by our two floppy-eared hounds.
