Ingredients
1 tbsp oregano
1/2 cup Italian parsley, finely chopped
1/2 tsp thyme, finely chopped
1/2 tsp rosemary, finely chopped
6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 cup yellow onions, finely chopped
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp kosher salt
6 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp bourbon
Directions
Combine the herbs, garlic, onions, chili flakes, and paprika with salt. Stir and let rest for 5 minutes.
Add the red wine vinegar and bourbon.
Whisk in the olive oil and chill until ready to serve.
