Countryside Farmers' Markets (CFM) are vibrant farmers' markets established and managed by Countryside. We have three seasonal markets: Howe Meadow in Peninsula, nestled in the middle of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park; Highland Square, a thriving, walkable community in West Akron; and during the winter at Old Trail School, a private school within the Cuyahoga Valley National Park that emphasizes sustainability throughout its curriculum. Our Public Market is year-round, indoors, in the Northside district of Downtown Akron.

Credit Card, EBT and Produce Perks

You can use your credit cards to purchase market tokens in $5 increments. Although there is a $1.50 fee associated with credit card token purchases to help cover the cost of the machine and transactions, these tokens never expire, are good at all market booths, and the vendors are able to give change if purchases are less than $5.
