A vendor with Countryside Farmers' Market since 2007.

Red Run began in 1998 as part of Steve Slifko’s retirement from the construction industry. The farm is named after the creek that runs through the 250-acre property located east of Marshallville, Ohio in Chippewa Township. The area is known for its lush farmland and large dairy herds, and every season shows the beauty of God's creation. Steve wanted to raise buffalo because of their low maintenance and delicious, healthy meat. In time, this decision became a passion and is now a thriving business selling a variety of Bison cut meats, patties, sausages and jerky.
