    After many years of baking and receiving kudos for baked goods gifted to family, friends, and coworkers for their celebrations and donating gourmet pastry to many charitable organizations my husband Frank said to me, “Why don’t we become entrepreneurs and make a buck or two with your pastries?” I thought "How can I take money for my baked goods?” After much discussion and getting the proper paperwork prepared to start a company in the spring of 2004, BFG+I Pastries was established and the rest is history.

       I am very proud of my Greek-Italian heritage. I’m the eldest of eight siblings and very appreciative to both my parents for teaching me the culinary skills I have today. I prepare sweet and savory baked Italian pastries. My pastries are a high-quality homemade product, made one recipe at a time and baked fresh daily. Any leftovers go directly to the Ronald McDonald House of Akron. I purchase my ingredients from Akron purveyors and local farms to support a more sustainable community. I adhere to the highest standards in sanitation and safe food production. I am a Licensed Home Baker from the Ohio Department of Agriculture and I have a Mobile Food License from the Summit County Health Department.
