The second class in the Your Farm Business series is an in depth discussion of options for funding a farm business including farm specific loans and savings programs. Land for Your Farm Business

This course is suitable for beginning/prospective farmers and land owners. This workshop discusses ways to hold land in Ohio, determine goals, and evaluate what the property can support. We will look at lease agreements, purchase options, and creative land tenure arrangements from the perspective of farm owner and farm seeker.  The third hour of the class includes time for farm owners and farm seekers to meet and discuss potential opportunities and make links.
