Poultry Processing - This class is full, no additional registrations are being taken
Learn the proper techniques to processing meat chickens. Participants will be shown how to kill, clean, and process chickens (each participant will process three birds to take home). This class is not for the faint of heart, but for farmers interested in this skill. Class space is limited to 10 participants. No walk-in's. Must Register.

The second class in the Your Farm Business series is an in depth discussion of options for funding a farm business including farm specific loans and savings programs.
